Mark Madel (b. Chicago, USA) is a conceptual artist who has been producing interactive computer and electronic art since 1979, charting shifts in the social value and context of art objects brought on by the information age, as well as exploring transformations in the interrelationships of people and technology. He has been exhibiting in the USA and Europe since 1982, and currently lives and works in the Netherlands.
